This fund is designated to provide Christmas cash for all residents to help with holiday expenses.

Our capital funds project will help with expenses to provide necessary renovations to the Towers. This includes updated floors, modernization of elevators and other necessary repairs to care for the aging buildings.

This is often our final act of stewardship. Such gifts are often conveyed through estate planning, wills, or other instruments at the end of our lives. Legacy gifts are the most selfless form of giving as we will not be around to enjoy the fruits of such gifts. Instead, we are helping ensure that St. Marks can fulfill their mission long after we are gone.
