Coastal Georgia has a hidden housing crisis. Each year, more and more Seniors face a lack of safe, affordable housing. We’re on a mission to change that.
St. Mark’s Towers is a non-profit residence for low-income singles, couples and disabled persons age 62 and above. Two six-story structures contain a total of 150 one-bedroom apartments. We offer a vibrant and connected lifestyle for independent seniors, and those who choose to engage supplemental services privately. A subsidy from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enables residents to pay no more than 30% of adjusted monthly income for rent. Utilities are included.
